Membership Terms

Please read the following terms very carefully before completing your registration.By signing up and actively using PtcJunkie, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
First and MOST IMPORTANT: In order to be fair to our advertisers and to ensure quality communication with the webmaster.... YOU MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND WRITE ENGLISH.

Terms of Payments

Member Country Policy:

All members from the following countries must purchase a Verified Country membership in order to be able to cashout. If you are a member from any of these countries and you attempt to cashout without purchasing a membership, your earnings will be deleted and you will not get paid.
The reason for this, is because we only allow Members that can read and write English, it is only fair to our advertisers.
Countries: -China -HongKong -Bangladesh -Indonesia -Japan -Korea -Taiwan -Thailand -Vietnam
We have not banned any countries from joining our website, so this site is open to the world.

Payments

All payments are made via Payza, PayPal & LibertyReserve. You can request for payment once your account balance is $1.00 USD or more.
Payments are processed and issued within 1-14 days.
Members may Cashout regardless of their membership unless your country is listed above..
Ensure that the payment processor account you are using is with a company that allows payments to your country.
Once the cash-out has been processed and payment has been made by PTCJunkie.com, we assume no further responsibility for any issue caused by the payment processor companies.
We make no refunds or reimbursements to account values after payments have been sent.
Your email/account with PayPal or Payza must be valid and actually exist.

Cheating

If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to forfeit all earnings and upon further review you may be banned from our entire network.
If you are found to be promoting or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to auto-click, auto-surf, ad-alert, bots, or circumvent or defraud PTCJunkie your account will be terminated without notice.
If you have a ptp signup score over 2,000 your account will go under investigation and you must provide proof of your advertising campaigns. If you have more than 3 Denied Signups your cashout will be deleted, Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in forfeit of all account balances.
Please note legal action may also be initiated.

Advertising Terms

--The Title for the ad must NOT contain the word CHEAT, in any form.
--The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
--You must not advertise any site, program, item, etc... that is a scam. We do not tolerate scams, and will not advertise for them.
If the webmaster checks out your banner, link, etc.... and feels that it may be a scam, the ad, banner, link etc.... will be deleted without crediting your account.
Your account may also be deleted or suspended at the discretion of the webmaster, with no refunds on any purchases or payout on earnings.
-- The website must not contain any frame breakers or redirects.
-- The website must be in English unless you are targeting a specific country for your ad.
-- The website must not contain or promote any viruses.
-- The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
If you violate these terms and your ad is deleted, you will receive no credits for this ad. If you violate these terms and your account is deleted, you will receive no refunds on purchases and no payouts!

Multiple Accounts

You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account under 1 IP address, or all of your accounts will be terminated.
Only 1 person per household can join this site.
If you have forgotten your user information all you need to do is request for it to be e-mailed to you.

Spamming

We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information.
The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates, specials, contests and issues with the site, and possibly some admin offers which may include special bonuses.
If you spam the ADMIN or other members you will be deleted from the site.
Sending emails to admin that are threatening and contain profanity is cause for immediate deletion.

Refund Policy

Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible items are generally non-refundable. Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems you may have.
